Farmers Market Exhibit, August 28-October 27

Only one more week to catch the "Farmers Market" exhibit at the Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation Gallery. The exhibit features 36 original artwork inspired by farmers markets - still lifes of fruits and vegetables, landscapes of pumpkin patches, portraits of vendors - all very bright and cheery art.

Art on the Green in Hudson will be held August 23-24, 2014. With more than 150 artists, this show has lots to offer!

Hudson Society of Artists Members Exhibit, March 2014

The Hudson Society of Artists is having its annual members exhibit, March 1-29. The society is an active group of approximately 100 members in the Northeast Ohio area. The members exhibit is always an interesting mix of art: representational and abstract, watercolor and acrylic, oil and collage.

I've entered two paintings in the show: "Snowflake Collage" (top) and "Joy" (a small watercolor).

I dropped them off this morning and spent the day running errands. Since the show was being hung today, on my way home, I thought I'd swing by the show to see how it looked. Much to my surprise -- and delight -- "Joy" was already marked as sold!

Art on the Green

Art on the Green will be held August 25-26, 2007, on the scenic green in Hudson, Ohio (Rt. 91 and Rt. 303). This popular annual show offers 150 fine arts and crafts exhibitors in a variety of styles.

Parking and admission are free.

Saturday, 10:00 to 5:00.
Sunday, 11:00 to 5:00.

Clothesline Art Show, June 14-16

Visit the Clothesline Art Show in Hudson this weekend and pick up a couple of my ACEOs for your collection!

The show is sponsored by the Hudson Society of Artists, and will be held at the Hudson Middle School at 77 N. Oviatt St.

Members of the Hudson Society of Artists (including me) will have a large variety of artworks for sale, all originals, and all unframed.

The show runs noon - 5 PM, Thursday - Saturday.
